Can't sign in?
Forgot your password? There isn't one: enter your address above and open the link we mail you. It works once, for 20 minutes, on the device you open it on. Link expired or already used? Ask for a new one.
No mail? Give it a few minutes and look in the spam or promotions folder. Mail from support@tripetaudioware.com should not be blocked.
Forgot which address you bought with?
Can't get into that mailbox any more? Write to support@tripetaudioware.com from the address you want to use, with your order number and, if you have it, Paddle's receipt. Once we've checked the order is yours, we move your keys and orders to the new address.

Licence keys
In Lumen, click Activate (or ? › Licence…) and paste the whole key, from -----BEGIN to -----END. No internet connection needed. A key works for every version with the same first number (1.x).
