Who sells Lumen to you

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle (Paddle.com Market Limited, 30 Old Bailey, London EC4M 7AU, United Kingdom; for buyers in the United States Paddle.com Inc., and in Canada Paddle.com (Canada) Ltd.) takes your payment, issues your invoice, charges any VAT or sales tax and handles refunds and customer service questions about payment, under the Paddle buyer terms. For the software itself, your licence and its support, your contract is with us.

What you buy

Please check that Lumen works in your setup with the free demo before you buy. The demo has every feature and goes silent for a moment every 45 seconds until you enter a key.

Price and payment

The price is shown on the home page and at checkout: €10, a one-time payment, including VAT where it applies. The final price, with the tax for your country, is shown by Paddle at checkout before you pay. Paddle accepts the payment methods it shows at checkout. Payment terms, taxes and invoices are governed by the Paddle buyer terms.

Delivery

After your payment is confirmed you receive your licence key by e-mail, at the address you gave at checkout. The installer is downloaded from this website. If your key has not arrived within 24 hours, check your spam folder and then write to support@tripetaudioware.com.

Refunds

You can get a full refund within 30 days of your purchase, for any reason. See the refund policy for how to ask, and for your statutory right of withdrawal.

Your licence

Your use of Lumen is governed by the licence agreement (EULA), which is part of these terms. In short: the licence is personal and non-transferable except where the law allows it, Lumen is licensed and not sold, and you may not share your key or remove the licence check.

Acceptable use

You may not use Lumen, your key or this website:

Your audio and our rights

The audio you process with Lumen stays on your computer and belongs to you (or to whoever holds its rights). We never receive it and claim no rights in it, and you may use the result for any purpose, including commercial work, without royalty. You are responsible for having the rights to the audio you process. We host no content of yours; if you believe something on this website infringes your rights, write to support@tripetaudioware.com and we will take it down while we look into it.

Lumen, its code, its sound, its design and the Tripet Audioware name and logo belong to us. These terms give you no rights in them beyond the licence.

No guarantee of uninterrupted service

Lumen works offline and needs no account or server. We aim to keep this website, the downloads and support available, but cannot guarantee that they are always available or free of errors. Lumen is provided as described in the licence agreement, clauses 6 and 7 (warranty and liability). If you are a consumer, nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights, including your rights to digital content that conforms to the contract.

Suspension and termination

Your licence can end, and we then mark your key as revoked in our records, if you materially break these terms or the licence agreement, if the purchase is refunded or charged back, or if the key was obtained by fraud or published. Where a breach can be fixed, we first tell you and give you 14 days to fix it.

Privacy

How we handle your personal data is described in the privacy notice. Paddle handles the payment data under its own privacy notice.

Support

Write to support@tripetaudioware.com. We answer in English (or Bulgarian), usually within two business days. Help and an FAQ are built into the plugin.

Changes

We may update these terms for future purchases. The version on this page when you bought Lumen applies to that purchase. Last updated: 16 October 2026.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live and may bring a claim in your own courts. The Bulgarian consumer authority is the Commission for Consumer Protection (CCP).
