Refunds and your right of withdrawal

Lumen is sold by our reseller and merchant of record, Paddle.com Market Limited (30 Old Bailey, London EC4M 7AU, United Kingdom). Paddle takes your payment, issues your invoice and handles refunds under its own buyer terms. The licence agreement for Lumen is our licence.

Refunds

Refunds are handled by the store you bought from, under its refund policy. If something is wrong, write to support@tripetaudioware.com first and we will help or ask the store to refund you.

Your 14-day right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the EU or the UK you also have the statutory 14-day right to withdraw from a purchase. For a download this right ends once the download or activation has started, only if you expressly agreed to immediate delivery and acknowledged that you lose the right (Directive 2011/83/EU, Art. 16(m)). The store's checkout is responsible for asking you.
