Lumen END-USER LICENCE AGREEMENT

Copyright (c) 2026 Audiogen LTD, trading as Tripet Audioware. All rights reserved.

This agreement is between you (the person or organisation that bought or installed Lumen) and Tripet Audioware,
a brand of Audiogen LTD, a company registered in Bulgaria, company ID (UIC) 206277198, with
its registered office at Yuri Gagarin Str., bl. 36, entr. V, fl. 2, ap. 53, 2304 Pernik, Bulgaria
(the licensor). By installing or using Lumen you accept it. If you do not accept it, do not install or use Lumen.

1. Licence. When you buy a licence, Tripet Audioware grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence
to install and use Lumen, and the version updates released for its major version, on the computers you own or
control, used by one person at a time. Without a licence you may use the demo for evaluation only. This
agreement is the licence for Lumen whether you buy it from us or from a reseller or merchant of record acting for
us; the reseller's terms govern the sale and payment, and refunds follow clause 9. You may transfer your licence
permanently to another person only where the law gives you that right (for example, the resale of a paid licence
of unlimited duration within the European Union). You must then delete every copy of Lumen you have, stop using
your key, and not split the licence.

2. Ownership. Lumen is licensed, not sold. Tripet Audioware keeps all rights in it that this agreement does not
   expressly grant you.

3. Restrictions. You may not: copy, share, sell (except a permanent transfer under clause 1), rent, lend or
sublicense Lumen or your licence key; publish or share the key; remove or work around the licence check or the
demo restrictions; or modify, decompile or disassemble Lumen, except for one backup copy and where the law allows
   it despite this restriction.

4. Your audio. Audio you make or process with Lumen belongs to you. You may use it for any purpose, including
   commercial work, with no royalty.

5. Third-party components. Lumen contains components from other authors, listed with their licences in
"Licences and credits" in the Lumen help. Their licences govern those components.

6. No warranty. Lumen is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including
merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the extent the law allows. If you are
a consumer, this does not affect your statutory rights to digital content that conforms to the contract,
including the remedies for non-conformity under Bulgarian and EU law.

7. Limitation of liability. To the extent the law allows, Tripet Audioware is not liable for any indirect,
incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profit or work, arising from the use of or
inability to use Lumen. Its total liability is limited to the price you paid for your licence. This clause does
not limit liability for death or personal injury, for intent or gross negligence, or any other liability that
cannot be limited by law, and it does not limit the rights that you have as a consumer. Nothing in this
agreement limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by contract.

8. Termination. This licence ends if you materially break this agreement and, where the breach can be fixed, you do
not fix it within 14 days after we tell you. You must then delete every copy of Lumen.

9. Refunds. You can get a full refund within 30 days of your purchase, for any reason, as described in the refund
policy at https://tripetaudioware.com/refunds.html; the store you bought from pays it. This is in addition to any
statutory right of withdrawal you have. If your purchase is refunded or reversed, your licence ends and you must
   delete every copy of Lumen.

10. Governing law and courts. This agreement is governed by the laws of Bulgaria, without regard to its
conflict-of-laws rules. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country
where you live, and you may bring a claim in the courts of Bulgaria or in the courts of your country of
residence; nothing in this agreement takes that right away. If you are not a consumer, the courts of Bulgaria
    have exclusive jurisdiction.

11. Personal data. Your licence key holds the name and e-mail address you bought it with; Lumen itself sends no data
anywhere. How we handle your personal data is described in the privacy notice at
    https://tripetaudioware.com/privacy.html.
