Refund policy

30 days, for any reason

If Lumen is not right for you, you can get a full refund within 30 days of your purchase, for any reason. You do not have to explain why.

How to ask

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders, so refunds are paid by Paddle to the payment method you used.

• At any time within the 30 days, write to support@tripetaudioware.com with your order number, and we will have Paddle refund you, or
• within the first 14 days, you can also go to paddle.net, find your order with the e-mail address you used at checkout, and ask Paddle for a refund there.

Refunds are usually processed within a few business days. How soon the money shows on your statement depends on your bank or payment provider. Paddle's buyer terms also apply.

When a purchase is refunded or charged back, the licence ends: please delete Lumen and stop using the key (licence agreement, clause 9).

Your 14-day right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the EU or the UK you also have the statutory right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days. For a download this right ends once delivery has started only if you expressly agreed to immediate delivery, acknowledged that you lose the right, and received a confirmation of this (Directive 2011/83/EU, Art. 16(m); in Bulgaria, Consumer Protection Act, Art. 57(13)). Our 30-day refund is in addition to this right and does not limit it, or any other right you have as a consumer.

Try before you buy

The demo has every feature. It goes silent for a moment every 45 seconds until you enter a licence key. Please try it in your own setup before buying.
